A*STAR Research Institutes (RIs) conduct cutting-edge research across biomedical sciences, as well as physical science and engineering, transforming Singapore into a Knowledge-based and Innovation-driven economy.If you are a student interested in pursuing a research internship with A*STAR, we invite you to submit your application via the form, together with your Curriculum Vitae and latest examination results.

In the application form, do indicate your preferred area(s) of research, your preferred RI to intern with, and your period of availability for the attachment. Please note that the minimum period of attachment is two months. Students who are interested to undergo a research attachment at an A*STAR RI can write directly to the respective research institutes.

Application Procedure

Students who are interested to undergo a research attachment at an A*STAR RI can write directly to the RI via the contact email address listed on the  A*STAR Directory of Researchers. Please submit your Curriculum Vitae and latest examination results via THE online form, and indicate the preferred area of research and period of attachment in your request. The minimum period of attachment is two months.
