Job Summary

We are seeking a Scientist to develop advanced modelling, simulation, and optimization solutions for complex operational systems, particularly in the aviation domain.

Responsibilities

Develop mathematical, simulation, and optimization models.

Build simulation frameworks and digital twins for operational analysis and performance evaluation.

Conduct scenario studies, forecasting, and system performance assessments.

Analyze operational data and validate modelling results.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to deliver practical solutions.

Requirements

PhD in Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Physics, or related quantitative disciplines.

 

Preferred Skills

Experience in modelling, simulation, optimization, or operations research.

Programming experience in Python, MATLAB, Java, C++, or similar languages.

Experience with optimization solvers such as Gurobi, CPLEX, OR-Tools, or SCIP.

Experience with simulation platforms such as AnyLogic, SimPy, Arena, MATLAB/Simulink, or RePast.

Knowledge of aviation, aerospace, transportation, or operational systems is advantageous but not required.
