Role Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Lead and manage large‑scale programmes under the PMO Project Lifecycle Management (PLCM) framework, ensuring delivery to scope, schedule, cost, quality and deployment readiness.
  • Deep dive with technical/research teams to refine industry needs and translate them into clear requirements, milestones, acceptance criteria and delivery plans.
  • Drive end to end delivery governance: establish delivery cadence, manage change interventions, and ensure timely escalation.
  • Manage critical vendors/system integrators (where relevant) and ensure delivery meets project requirements and compliance expectations.
  • Own programme governance and risk management: monitor, mitigate, and resolve delivery risks; implement risk and issue management practices to maintain delivery health.
  • Support steering / leadership forums with clear, evidence‑based recommendations on priorities, trade offs, intervention needs and decision options.
  • Set and enforce delivery standards (templates, checklists, quality gates) to reduce delivery variability and improve repeatability across the programme.
  • Serve as the primary interface for stakeholder environments (industry partners, internal functions, and where applicable, public agencies), ensuring effective communications across the programme lifecycle.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and alignment toward a common goal; anticipate misalignments and drive closure through structured decision‑making.
  • Mentor and coach junior project managers/project engineers; uplift PM discipline and delivery practice across the team through structured reviews and best practice sharing.
  • To operate as a programme leader to foster teamwork, motivate personnel, and drive continuous improvement in delivery methods and governance.
  • Ensure project documentation and reporting are relevant, accurate, complete, and compliant with PLCM and grant management expectations; maintain audit ready records.
  • Contribute to PLCM process improvements and guide teams in using project/programme tools and governance processes.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering / science / industrial & systems / manufacturing related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of technical/project/programme management experience in Semiconductor equipment related industries, including delivery of advanced technology / product / manufacturing deployment projects.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large scale projects or multi project programmes, from initiation to execution, and meeting programme KPI requirements.
  • Proven track record in manufacturing and production technology environments (e.g., manufacturing processes, automation, industry 4.0).
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication across seniority levels; able to translate delivery progress into outcomes, risks, and mitigation options for leadership decision‑making.
  • Ability to lead cross functional teams, mentor junior PMs, and drive delivery improvements through standards and governance.
  • PMP and Agile certifications; Six Sigma Green/Black Belt is advantageous.
