Job Description
Support the design, coordination, delivery, and measurement of A*STAR’s employee wellbeing, engagement and organisational culture initiatives. The role works across A*STAR functions, Research Entities, staff, and public sector networks to strengthen psychological safety, social connection, organisational wellbeing, and public service excellence. It combines programme development, communications, organisational sensing, stakeholder coordination, and programme measurement translating the A*STAR Wellbeing Framework into application.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, deliver, and measure wellbeing programmes aligned with the A*STAR Wellbeing Framework.
• Build partnerships across A*STAR, public agencies and professional institutions.
• Develop clear communications, programme materials and outreach activities.
• Provide adminisrative support for Infuse facility.
Job Requirements
• Relevant experience in employee wellbeing, employee engagement, organisational development, psychology, human resources, communications, programme management or a related field.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills, with knowledge of designing, coordinating, and evaluating programmes, workplace wellbeing measures, positive psychology, and psychosocial risk management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
