Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated computational scientist with a deep understanding of chemistry and biology to develop a robust, integrated computational framework that combines clinical severity data, immunoinformatics predictions, and structural analysis to identify and prioritise antigenic peptides. The goal is to create an accessible, user-friendly computational tool that enhances the accuracy of epitope discovery. This position is funded by the SG Academies South-East Asia Fellowship (SASEAF) Programme.

Job Requirements

• PhD degree in life sciences, chemistry, computational biology, biomedical engineering, or a related discipline
• Passion for science and research
• Highly motivated
• Proficiency in the use of machine learning frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Strong knowledge of chemistry and biology
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
