Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end sales process including from Sales Request generation, tracking, reconciliation, and follow-up on outstanding payments.
  • Support the billing process and coordinating with internal teams on order fulfilment status.
  • Administer and maintain business processes within the ERP system (SAP S/4HANA), ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
  • Develop, maintain, and update Power BI dashboards to provide real-time visibility into sales performance, billing status, and operational KPIs.
  • Identify inefficiencies in existing commercial and operational workflows and propose process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Business Development teams to ensure seamless information flow and timely reporting.
  • Support audit and compliance reviews by maintaining accurate documentation of transactions and process records.
  • Assist in the preparation of business reports, presentations, and forecasts for management review.

Job Requirements

 
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant working experience in business operations, sales support, or finance.
  • Fresh graduates with strong internship or project experience are welcome to apply.
 
Core Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA - particularly SD, FI, or MM modules.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualisation.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
