We seek an excellent and highly skilled Research Officer to support wet-lab research for ATOMIC, a platform integrating automated experimentation, single-cell genomics and AI to accelerate biological discovery and drug development.
Key responsibilities

Perform cell culture, drug treatments and genetic perturbation experiments.

Conduct single-cell genomics workflows, including sample preparation, library construction and quality control.

Develop, optimise and troubleshoot experimental methods for scalable perturbation profiling.

Work with automation and computational teams to establish reproducible workflows.

Maintain experimental records, standard operating procedures and laboratory supplies.
Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in molecular biology, biotechnology, life sciences or a related discipline.

Hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture and molecular biology.

Experience in single-cell sequencing, CRISPR perturbations or laboratory automation is advantageous.

Strong organisational, interpersonal and troubleshooting skills, attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively.
