Job Description & Requirement
• Identify and establish regional partnerships with government bodies, industry players, and multilateral organizations by leading negotiations for agreements, MOUs, and collaborative projects, aligned with A*STAR, ARTC’s regionalisation strategy.
• Conduct regional market analysis to identify global trends, partnership opportunities, and emerging markets relevant.
• Manage regional projects and partnership initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with A*STAR, ARTC’s goals.
For Assigned Industry Members Customer Care:
• Provide dedicated support to nurture strong business relationships with assigned ARTC industry members, aligning strategic business goals, and achieving ARTC’s revenue and project targets.
• Ensure timely and comprehensive reporting on business development activities with assigned members.
• Support in the analysing of market data, sector developments, and members’ activities to stay updated on evolving market requirements.
• Ensure strict adherence to all Corporate Policies & Procedures related to Billings & Credit Control, HR, Operations, and Project Management.
Others:
• Support logistics matters related to ARTC visits with members/non members
Job requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or an Engineering-related field.
• Working experience or training in B2B business development and enterprise account management.
• Training as a Business Accounts Manager or in a similar role within aconsortium or collaborative business environment.
