Job Scope (Refined – Process Issue Troubleshooting & DOE Support Focus)

Process Issue Troubleshooting & Line Support

  • Assist Process Engineers in troubleshooting wafer-level process deviations, defects, and equipment abnormalities.
  • Perform initial containment actions (e.g., tool checks, recipe verification, wafer disposition).
  • Conduct root-cause information gathering, including tool history checks, SPC charts, equipment logs, and process audits.
  • Support execution of corrective actions and process recovery steps after excursions.

DOE (Design of Experiments) Execution

  • Run DOE wafers according to engineering specifications and ensure precise parameter control.
  • Prepare and stage materials required for experimental runs.
  • Document run conditions, equipment settings, and any observed abnormalities.
  • Provide timely feedback to engineers to accelerate experimental learning cycles.

Data Collection, Measurement & Reporting
