Role Summary

SIMTech is seeking a proactive and strategic Tech-Biz Manager to drive industry partnerships, new business opportunities, and supplier development initiatives that support manufacturing transformation for our RIE20230. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, industry collaboration, and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development
  • Support in the development and execution of SME development strategies with key industry sectors
  • Support in the evaluation for new markets, emerging opportunities, and strategic partners to strengthen the supply chain
• Proposal & Project Management
  • Support in the preparation of industry proposals and funding submissions
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams in proposal development, budgeting, and project planning

Qualification and relevant experience

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
• Passion for manufacturing innovation and industry transformation
