Role Purpose

Support the governance, reliability, and reporting of operational business systems and KPI data aligned with organisational Measures of Success. The role ensures accurate data management, effective system operations, and meaningful reporting through dashboards and analytics.

 

Key Responsibilities

KPI Reporting & Data Management

*   Support the compilation and collation of monthly and annual KPI data.

*   Support annual audits and reporting closure activities.

*   Perform data accuracy and quality checks on project and operational data in systems.

*   Manage and respond to data-related queries from internal stakeholders.

*   Ensure consistency and integrity of KPI data across all reporting outputs.

Systems Operations & Governance

*   Support the operation and governance of business systems (e.g. CRM, TTIMS), including change requests, testing, and deployment of new features.

*   Work with system vendors to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution.

*   Project manage tendering processes for new systems and system maintenance contracts.

*   Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with security, governance, and system standards.

Dashboards & Reporting Support

*   Maintain accurate and reliable data sources to support dashboard reporting.

*   Work with dashboard developers to implement new data fields and enhancements.

*   Support continuous improvements to dashboards to ensure usability and relevance for stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement

*   Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and system processes.

*   Support initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance data management practices.

Requirements

Requirements

*   Degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.

*   2–5 years of experience in systems operations, analytics, and data reporting roles.

*   Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality.

*   Good problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

 

Preferred Skills

*   Experience in project management, particularly for software systems.

*   Experience working with CRM or other operational systems.

*   Experience supporting system implementation, testing, or vendor coordination.

*   Understanding of data validation and reporting processes.

*   Familiarity with dashboarding tools (e.g. Power BI).
