Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design review, space planning and value engineering of proposals from contractors, consultants, vendors and users; recommend optimised and alternative solutions.
• Drive future-ready lab and office ideation, incorporating emerging technologies, trends and evolving user needs.
• Conduct space audits, utilisation analysis and benchmarking to optimise existing spaces and future-proof planning.
• Identify opportunities to enhance user experience, flexibility, adaptability and cost-effective space upgrades.
• Champion design excellence, spatial branding and design coherence across projects and environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams, while managing multiple priorities and tight timelines.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in technology-led, high-end residential, commercial or hospitality projects.
• Strong design sensibility with experience in space planning, design review and value engineering.
• Strategic, analytical and solutions-oriented, with an interest in emerging technologies and future spaces.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
