- Manage and enhance scholar mentorship programmes, including mentor and mentee engagement, programme activities, tracking and evaluation.
- Develop and implement scholar engagement programmes and activities that strengthen scholars' connection with A*STAR and build an engaged scholar community.
- Partner A*STAR Research Institutes and other stakeholders to understand scholar development needs and translate these into relevant programmes and initiatives.
- Manage the full programme cycle, including programme design, timelines, participant communications, registration, stakeholder coordination, speakers, vendors, budgets, programme delivery and post-programme follow-up.
- Gather and analyse programme participation data, surveys and feedback to evaluate programme effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Review existing programmes and recommend ways to improve their content, delivery and participant experience.
- Develop programme communications, proposals, presentations, management updates and other materials as required.
- Manage procurement, vendors and programme budgets where required.
- Keep abreast of relevant developments and good practices in talent development, mentorship, engagement and graduate development, and consider how these could be applied to A*STAR scholars.
- Support the review and refinement of relevant scholar development frameworks, processes and policies where required.
- Contribute to other scholar development and deployment initiatives as organisational priorities evolve.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple programmes, stakeholders and timelines concurrently.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills and comfortable engaging people across different levels.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare programme communications, proposals, presentations and management updates.
- Comfortable working with data and feedback to evaluate programmes and recommend improvements.
- Resourceful and able to solve problems independently during programme planning and delivery.

- A strong sense of ownership and willingness to be hands-on in getting things done.
