The Marketing and Events team in AIR Division (A*STAR Graduate Academy, International Partnerships Office and Research Office) supports the three offices in delivering integrated marketing, communications and events. The team promotes AIR’s initiatives in attracting and developing scientific talent, showcasing A*STAR's research and impact, and advancing research excellence and integrity.
Reporting to the Assistant Director, Marketing, you will manage AIR’s digital platforms and marketing operations., ensuring our digital channels remain current, effective and well-coordinated. You will work closely with the content and data leads within the team, as well as stakeholders across AIR and the wider A*STAR.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and optimisation of AIR’s digital platforms and systems – webpages, intranet, social media and EDM system.
- Manage AIR’s webpages and intranet, ensuring content is current, accurate and user-friendly. Coordinate with business units, vendors and web developers on content updates, enhancements and new page development, while providing input on user experience and site usability.
- Manage AIR's LinkedIn presence, including content scheduling, publishing, asset management and maintenance of the editorial calendar. Coordinate content contributions from internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure a consistent publishing schedule.
- Administer AIR's EDM platform, including audience segmentation, mailing list management, campaign scheduling and deployment. Support the implementation and adoption of a consolidated EDM platform across multiple AIR business units by establishing efficient workflows and best practices.
- Maintain AIR's digital communications calendar by planning recurring updates for scholarship application cycles, publications, campaigns and events. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely content updates across all digital channels.
- Support digital marketing operations by implementing campaign tracking, managing tagged links and maintaining digital assets. Monitor channel performance and provide data to support reporting and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of digital marketing initiatives while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and digital communications.
- Hands-on experience managing content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms and corporate social media channels.
- Experience with coordinating multiple digital campaigns, managing publishing schedules and audience segmentation across different communication channels.
- Good understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) and social media best practices.
- Strong project coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Meticulous, proactive and detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across a diverse stakeholder network.
- Able to work independently while navigating effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed organisation.
