Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Account Management - Land Transport Pillar Accounts

  • Deliver existing pillar commitments with current consortium members, with primary ownership of key Land Transport pillar accounts
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned industry partners, ensuring strong engagement, responsiveness, and alignment with ARTC's capabilities and programmes
  • Coordinate internal technical, programme, and operations teams to ensure effective delivery of projects and partnership commitments
  • Maintain clear account plans, engagement records, and reporting to support strategic oversight of key accounts
  • Identify follow-on opportunities within existing accounts, including new co-development projects and long-term collaboration roadmaps

Business & Ecosystem Development - Land Transport

  • Deepen collaboration with existing members and expand the Land Transport pillar ecosystem
  • Identify and evaluate new industry partners, emerging opportunities, and strategic collaborations across OEMs, suppliers, fleet operators, and mobility solution providers
  • Track industry trends in electrification, smart mobility, and advanced manufacturing to inform ARTC's R&D and engagement strategies
  • Support the development and execution of Land Transport pillar strategies aligned with ARTC's key industry thrusts

Battery Ecosystem Uplift via IAF-PP (BRICE) Delivery

  • Work closely with the Principal Investigator (PI) of the BRICE IAF-PP programme to proliferate battery manufacturing and sustainability capabilities co-developed with industry partners
  • Support joint delivery of programme KPIs through active industry engagement, capability translation, and partnership development
  • Identify opportunities to scale and deploy battery-related technologies across the Land Transport and broader manufacturing ecosystem in Singapore
  • Facilitate collaboration between battery value chain players, including materials suppliers, cell/module manufacturers, system integrators, and end users

Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with industry leaders, Trade Associations, research performers, and public-sector stakeholders
  • Support strategic partnership initiatives, including joint labs, co-development projects, and collaborative programmes within the Land Transport and battery domains
  • Represent ARTC in industry engagements, forums, and ecosystem-building activities related to sustainable mobility and electrification

People Development

  • Mentor and coach team members across the Aerospace and Land Transport pillars
  • Foster cross-pillar knowledge sharing and collaboration within the Tech-Biz team

 

Qualifications and Relevant Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field
  • Experience in business development, industry engagement, or technology commercialisation, preferably within land transport, electrification, battery technologies, or advanced manufacturing
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently while driving multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Passion for sustainable mobility, battery innovation, and ecosystem development in Singapore
