Job Summary
A*STAR Institute of Microelectronics is seeking a motivated Project to support the LiF 2.0 programme and MEMS Department project activities.
The role is operation-focused and will support project milestone tracking, action follow-up, meeting coordination, stakeholder communication, and project reporting. The candidate will work closely with technical teams, fab operation teams, management, and external partners to ensure project activities are well coordinated and key issues are followed up in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
- Track project milestones, deliverables, action items, and follow-up status.
- Coordinate regular project meetings, prepare meeting agendas, record key discussion points, and follow up with action owners.
- Work with technical, operation, and management teams to collect project updates and highlight delays or risks.
- Support project reporting for internal reviews, management updates, and external partner meetings.
- Maintain project trackers, milestone charts, action logs, issue lists, and basic project documentation.
- Facilitate communication across different teams and help ensure that project information is clear, timely, and properly shared.
- Support coordination with external partners when required.
- Help improve project follow-up discipline, meeting efficiency, and visibility of project status.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with different technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- 1–3 years of project coordination, project management, operation coordination, or administrative project support experience.
- General project management experience is acceptable. Experience in semiconductor, MEMS, R&D, manufacturing, or cleanroom operation will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to follow up on multiple action items at the same time.
- Able to summarize project status, risks, and action items clearly.
- Comfortable working in a technical environment and willing to learn basic semiconductor/MEMS project flow.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. Experience with project tracking tools will be an advantage.
