RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Operate and validate AM processes: Run 3D printing systems and post-processing equipment; perform material characterization, tensile, compression and bending tests, CMM inspection, and NDT for quality assessment.
-
Support product testing and analysis: Set up tests, acquire and process data, prepare results, and support post-test failure investigation and troubleshooting.
-
Contribute to technical solutions: Translate customer requirements into practical solutions and work with engineers and project teams to implement improvements.
-
Design, documentation and archiving: Prepare jig and fixture designs, 2D/3D drawings, inspection records, test reports, and structured project documentation.
-
Maintain equipment readiness: Conduct routine maintenance, basic diagnostics, preventive servicing coordination, and safe work/risk assessment activities.
