As Executive Assistant to the Chief People & Culture Officer (CPCO), you will provide executive support to the CPCO while gaining broad exposure to the organisation’s People & Culture agenda.
This is more than a traditional administrative support role. You will work closely with the CPCO and People & Culture teams to prepare management presentations, coordinate priorities, support HR reporting and analysis, and contribute to selected People & Culture projects.
We welcome fresh graduates as well as candidates with relevant experience. We are looking for someone organised, curious, resourceful and eager to learn, with strong communication and PowerPoint skills and an interest in building a career in People & Culture.
What You Will Do
Executive Support
- Manage and coordinate the CPCO’s calendar, meetings, appointments and priorities.
- Coordinate engagements with senior leaders, internal stakeholders and external parties.
- Anticipate deadlines, meeting requirements and follow-up actions.
- Organise meetings, travel, itineraries, claims and related administration.
- Manage correspondence, key presentations, papers and documents requiring the CPCO’s attention.
- Handle confidential employee and organisational matters with discretion and professionalism.
Presentations & Management Materials
- Prepare and enhance PowerPoint presentations for senior management and leadership meetings.
- Turn ideas, information and data into clear, concise and visually effective slides.
- Support management papers, briefing notes, reports and correspondence.
- Develop charts, tables, timelines and simple visualisations.
- Consolidate inputs from different teams into coherent, accurate and professionally presented management materials.
Priority & Project Coordination
- Track the CPCO’s key priorities, commitments and People & Culture deliverables.
- Coordinate inputs from P&C teams for meetings, presentations, papers and submissions.
- Track decisions, actions, owners, timelines, milestones, risks and upcoming decisions.
- Support selected People & Culture projects, including project planning, coordination and progress tracking.
HR Reporting & Insights
- Consolidate and validate HR information for management reporting and decision-making.
- Prepare basic analyses, summaries, charts and dashboards using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Support reporting in areas such as workforce, talent, performance, engagement and culture.
- Conduct research and benchmarking on HR practices, workforce trends and emerging People & Culture topics.
- Help translate HR data and information into clear and decision-useful insights.
People & Culture Exposure
You will have the opportunity to support and learn about different areas of People & Culture, including:
- Talent Attraction and Talent Acquisition
- Employee Experience and Workforce Services
- People analytics
- People & Culture transformation
You will work alongside P&C specialists and progressively take on broader responsibilities as your capabilities develop
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Communications or a related discipline; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with a Diploma and 3–5 years of relevant working experience in executive support, HR, project coordination, business support or a related area are also welcome to apply.
- Candidates from other disciplines who demonstrate strong communication, analytical and organisational capabilities will also be considered.
- Relevant internships, university projects, leadership roles, case competitions, practical project experience, prior exposure to HR, executive support or senior stakeholders will be advantageous.
PowerPoint & Communication
Strong PowerPoint capability, or the potential to develop it quickly, is important. You should be able to:
- Turn unstructured information into clear and logical slides.
- Build a coherent storyline and communicate complex information simply.
- Present information using charts, tables, diagrams and simple visualisations.
- Produce accurate and professionally presented materials.
You should also have:
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Good attention to detail and proofreading skills.
Analytical & Digital Skills
- Comfortable working with numbers and information.
- Working knowledge of Excel, including basic formulas, tables and charts.
- Ability to identify patterns and draw basic insights from data.
- Comfortable using Microsoft 365, digital collaboration tools and AI-enabled productivity tools appropriately for research, analysis, synthesis and presentation preparation.
What We Value
- Learning agility — You are curious, learn quickly and are willing to take on unfamiliar assignments.
- Structured thinking — You can organise information and communicate it logically.
- Initiative and organisation — You anticipate what needs to be done, take ownership, manage multiple priorities and follow through reliably.
- Communication — You communicate clearly and are comfortable working with different stakeholders.
- Attention to detail — You care about accuracy and quality.
- Judgement, integrity and discretion — You understand what can be handled independently, what should be escalated, and the importance of confidentiality when dealing with people and organisational matters.
Who Will Thrive in This Role
You may find yourself coordinating the CPCO’s schedule, turning rough ideas into an executive PowerPoint presentation, analysing HR information, researching a workforce topic and supporting a talent project — all within the same role.
You will thrive if you enjoy working with both people and information, are comfortable with variety, and want to understand how People & Culture contributes to organisational performance.
For a fresh graduate, this provides an opportunity to gain broad exposure to senior leadership decision-making and multiple areas of HR early in your career.
For someone with working experience, the role provides an opportunity to broaden from executive or business support into People & Culture and project responsibilities.
