Scope of Responsibilities and Deliverables 

1.                  Oversees and coordinates ecosystem activities for quantum computing and technologies:

a.      Supports the Executive Director of the National Quantum Office in developing and executing a go-to-industry strategy that will support the growth of a vibrant quantum ecosystem in Singapore.

b.      Leads the National Quantum Office’s response to key companies interested to deepen collaboration on Quantum with our national-level quantum programmes such as the National Quantum Computing Hub, and coordinate with the Singapore’s ecosystem to secure stakeholders’ support.

c.      Maintains a positive and productive relationship with partners, resolving partnership and technical issues on behalf of the Executive Director.

d.      Provides industry domain expertise and advice to the Executive Director on industry and enterprise development aspects for quantum technologies.

e.      Represents the Executive Director at various stakeholder platforms on ecosystem development matters.

Requirements

1.                  At least 10 years of working experience in a similar capacity, with background in science or engineering and an understanding of quantum technologies.

2.                  Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills for good relationship management.

3.                  Strong problem solving, analytical and systems thinking abilities

4.                  Resourceful and independent

5.                  Able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
