Job Summary

Manage a portfolio of IT projects as products for space planning, infrastructure, and enterprise application integration, ensuring alignment with business strategy, accelerated solution delivery, optimal resource utilization, and successful execution across initiatives. Drive cross-functional technology programs that enable scalable digital workplace solutions, integrated platforms, and rapid business value realization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the portfolio of IT projects, managing them as products from strategy through delivery and operational adoption.
  • Lead application integration initiatives across enterprise platforms, infrastructure systems, workplace technologies, and business applications to ensure seamless interoperability and data flow.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, strategic value, cost, risk, technical dependencies, and organizational capacity.
  • Oversee planning, budgeting, execution, integration, and performance tracking across multiple concurrent projects and product streams.
  • Drive accelerated development and delivery practices through Agile, DevOps, automation, CI/CD, and iterative release methodologies.
  • Collaborate closely with IT, real estate, design, engineering, operations, finance, vendors, and external partners to deliver integrated technology solutions.
  • Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, portfolio reporting, and integration standards to monitor portfolio health and delivery outcomes.
  • Identify risks, interdependencies, integration challenges, and process improvement opportunities across systems and projects.
  • Champion continuous improvement of portfolio management processes, delivery frameworks, integration capabilities, tools, and standards.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives by enabling scalable, cloud-enabled, and API-driven technology ecosystems where applicable.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience managing portfolios of IT projects or products, ideally in infrastructure, workplace technology, space planning, or enterprise systems environments.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, systems integration, capital projects, and workplace strategy.
  • Experience delivering application integration initiatives involving APIs, middleware, SaaS platforms, cloud services, or enterprise workflow systems is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, accelerated development practices, DevOps, automation, and modern project delivery frameworks.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-project portfolios with cross-functional and technical dependencies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, vendor coordination, communication, and executive reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in portfolio and project management tools, reporting dashboards, and data-driven decision-making approaches.
