Asst Manager / Manager (HealthTEC.SG / Biomedical Sciences Industry Partnership Office)

The Singapore Health Technologies consortium (HealthTEC.SG) is a national platform that has been integrated with the Biomedical Sciences Industry Partnership Office (BMSIPO), the national public-private R&D partnership office dedicated to support strategic biomedical sciences and healthcare companies. HealthTEC.SG/BMSIPO facilitate translational research collaborations and partnerships between academia, research and healthcare institutions, and therapeutics and medtech companies.

The opening is for the role of an Assistant Manager/Manager in HealthTEC.SG/BMSIPO’s MedTech team, which manages relationships and drives R&D partnerships with MedTech multi-national companies (MNCs) as well as local MedTech companies.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Co-ordination of MedTech events, assisting with coordination with various stakeholders and event logistics.
• Provide planning and administration support, and keeping track of industry engagements and event outcomes.
• Other ad-hoc duties to support HealthTEC.SG/BMSIPO initiatives. Beyond required tasks, opportunities to engage in other initiatives may be provided.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Biomedical Sciences, Bioengineering or a related field of study.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.
• Good time management skills, and able to multi-task effectively.
• Able to work in a team as well as independently with minimal supervision.
• Technical background in medical or health technologies is an added advantage.
• Passionate about the local health technology ecosystem.

The candidate will be offered a contract till 31 March 2028.
