Job Description
We are looking for a fresh graduate to join our Training and Organizational Development team. This role supports the rollout and augmentation of leadership programmes designed by A*STAR's L&OD team, and helps coordinate functional and core competency training for A*STAR IME staff. You will be the on the ground support for training logistics, employee communications, and tracking, while also getting exposure to how leadership frameworks and competency models are put into practice. Beyond programme rollout, you will also support broader OD initiatives such as culture building activities and change management efforts. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working closely with people, understands adult learning principles, and can translate business needs into practical development solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Training:
Support the local rollout and augmentation of leadership development programmes designed by A*STAR's L&OD team
Support the rollout of functional and core competency training frameworks for A*STAR IME staff
Help employees navigate learning platforms or systems for self paced training modules
Follow up with employees and managers on outstanding or incomplete training
Organizational Development:
Support the administration of performance management processes and timelines
Assist in planning and execution of culture building and engagement activities
Provide coordination support for change management efforts tied to new initiatives or system rollouts
Help consolidate data and feedback that inform OD interventions
Requirements
Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of working experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills, comfortable liaising with employees at all levels
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers, and basic reporting
Understanding of or interest in adult learning principles
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on deadlines
