Job Description

·      Led and managed end-to-end R&D projects and product delivery in smart and sustainable advanced manufacturing, overseeing planning, execution, and evaluation from concept to completion.

·       Lead project scoping with internal and external stakeholders to establish communication plans, build project schedules and establish clear project deliverables and milestones.

·       Ensure successful delivery of project scope and targets while managing project risk, quality, delivery, scope, schedule, and budget.

·      Spearhead design, development, and delivery of R&D solutions to customers through active leadership of motivating and facilitating research rigour across multiple research institute project teams

·       Lead and drive quality, procurement, finance and legal challenges

·       Drive design / process validation testing, best practices and ensure compliance to project lifecycle governance requirements

·       Ability to demonstrate a good level of understanding of technical / engineering processes and lead teams throughout the project development cycle.

·       Lead, monitor and report the progress of the multiple projects to all internal and external stakeholders.

·       Manage and implement project changes and interventions to achieve project deliverables and mitigate risk.

·      Interact with industry members and ensure effective communication throughout the project life cycle

Job Requirements:

·       Bachelor or Masters in any engineering / project management related discipline

·       At least 3 years of project management experience in product development or research project in manufacturing automation, robotics, and AI in semiconductor industry would be preferable

·       PMP certifications or equivalent will be advantageous

·       Good business acumen, driven to deliver customer requirements and project deadlines

·       Proactive team player and technically motivated to solve problems, innovate and deliver to internal and external customers

·       Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
