  • Unify Amazing Teams: Serve as a supportive, cross-functional translator. You will align research scientists, MLOps engineers, developers, and partners to help everyone deliver cohesive, proud product releases.
  • Nurture the Lifecycle: Guide products smoothly through their entire lifecycle, championing the natural progression from creative PoCs and MVPs into robust, production-grade systems.
  • Measure What Matters: Define and follow meaningful product metrics and adoption rates, using positive insights to help us continuously iterate and refine the user experience.
  • Smooth Out Roadblocks: Act as a proactive problem solver, helping teams navigate MLOps bottlenecks or data compliance questions so we can keep our momentum strong and our path clear.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business with a technical focus, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4+ years of professional experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or Product Owner, specifically delivering software products, SaaS, or digital platforms.
  • Product Frameworks: Deep experience managing product backlogs, writing detailed PRDs, defining user personas, and utilizing roadmapping tools (e.g., Jira Product Discovery, Productboard, Confluence).
  • Communication & Influence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority and translate deep technical AI concepts into clear business value.
  • Agile Mindset: Comfort operating in highly iterative environments where experimental AI models require flexible product definition and fast-paced pivots.
