Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Engineer to support the Flat Optics and Photonics Integration development. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career engineer to gain hands-on experience in semiconductor processing and work on cutting-edge flat optics/photonics technologies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in process development and fabrication of semiconductor device.
  • Perform cleanroom equipment (e.g. metrology) and lot operation.
  • Perform process characterization, data collection and analysis.
  • Work with engineers to troubleshoot fabrication issues and optimize process flows.
  • Document process parameters and contribute to process development reports.

 

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Applied Science or Semiconductor related field.
  • Hands-on experience (1-2 years) in semiconductor processing or fabrication.
  • Able to work in clean room environment is a MUST.
  • Basic knowledge of semiconductor materials.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Prior internship or working experience in semiconductor fabrication.
