You will work closely with Finance stakeholders, Procurement, HR, Research Grants, and the appointed System Integrator to translate business needs into scalable, compliant, and audit-ready ERP solutions. This includes driving process harmonisation, strengthening financial controls, and embedding digital capabilities across the Record-to-Report (R2R), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Budget-to-Report (B2R) lifecycles.

What to Expect

  • Lead end-to-end ERP implementation for finance processes, including budgeting, GL, AP, AR, asset accounting, cash and bank, management accounting, and financial close.
  • Engage stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, HR, Research Grants, and delivery partners to gather, refine, and align requirements.
  • Co-create streamlined “to-be” finance processes across R2R, O2C, and B2R through workshops and user journey mapping.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory reporting standards, GST, government financial policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
  • Work with System Integrators and vendors to configure and optimise finance modules, including SAP S/4HANA Finance, FI/CO, and Group Reporting.
  • Drive standardisation, automation, and data quality improvements to strengthen reconciliations, reporting visibility, and close efficiency.
  • Support solution design, integration, UAT, change requests, and delivery readiness through to post-go-live stabilisation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in ERP implementation, business analysis, or project management, preferably in Finance, R2R, or O2C.
  • Strong understanding of finance operations, statutory reporting, financial governance, and controls, ideally in public sector or regulated environments.
  • Experience in finance process design across GL, AP, AR, asset accounting, management accounting, controlling, and financial close.
  • Working knowledge of chart of accounts, cost allocation, multi-entity structures, fund accounting, and research grant accounting.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate effectively with technical teams and vendors.
  • Proven stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, consensus-building, communication, and influencing skills across all levels.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Finance, FI/CO, Group Reporting, AGD systems, banking gateways, GeBIZ, GST, and Singapore public sector policies is advantageous.
