Responsibilities
Project Management
- Leading project planning sessions
- Coordinating staff and internal resources
- Managing project progress and adapt work as required
- Ensuring projects meet deadlines
- Managing relationships with project stakeholders
- Designing and signing off on contracts
- Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
- Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission and review
- Designing risk mitigation plan with vendors/stakeholders
- Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
- Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
- Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects
- Project manager for large and diverse teams
Tender Process Management
- Review of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations
- Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation
- Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements
- Contribution in cost and price calculations
- Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’ degree equivalent or above in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Management or a related field
- Preferably certified with PMP or related certification
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Proven track record of managing large scale project
