The Management Reporting Office is a new unit which coordinates A*STAR’s KPIs across the organization. It is the key interface with A*STAR’s senior management, research entities and other public sector agencies on KPI matters within and beyond A*STAR.
The ideal candidate has expertise in KPI management, is an analytical and systematic thinker, is passionate about working with data and building processes, and has experience leading a team. The responsibilities of the officer include, but is not limited to, the following:
· Review and improve processes for KPI collation, documentation and management
· Front general communications on KPI policies, schemes and processes to internal stakeholders
· Leads a small team to prepare data for monthly reporting to both internal and external stakeholders
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Tertiary qualification in any discipline
- Pro-active, quality conscious, attentive to details and results-oriented
- Able to deliver results under tight timelines
- Resourceful, with astute planning and analytical skills
- Ability to logically structure and substantiate an argument
- Skilled in visualization tolls such as Tableau to communicate data to stakeholders
- Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
