-Part of the NSCC Corporate Service Team, responsible for financial and administrative support
-Work closely with A*STAR and NSCC Teams to create and develop a tighter internal control on fund management.
-Review and formulation of Financial SOP and arrange financial engagement sessions with NSCC Teams on financial SOP, updates and, NRF and A*STAR guidelines/policies
-Support, manage and report Financial updates of Collaboration projects (including improvement to increase efficiency – forms control, new digital initiatives, System and Productivity enhancements)
-Perform routine calculations to produce analyses and reports, and ad-hoc financial reports
-Liaison with A*STAR Functionalised Services Teams (AP, AR, FA, IA, PU, Legal, etc)
-Other tasks assigned (including GR Process, AR duties, follow up on billing requests, legal documents inventory, etc)
-Minimum Diploma in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
-4-5 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis and reporting
-Entry level candidates with a track record of the above mentioned are encouraged to apply
