Job Responsibilities:

Working Location: Science Park area or One North area
-
Working hours: 4334, 9am-9pm or weekday 2nd day shift 2pm-11pm (subject to requests).

Operate semiconductor equipment to perform processes, measurement, and inspection of wafers. (Include equipment setup, loading and unloading of wafers)

Monitor basic equipment/process errors and perform recovery.

Work with internal and external parties to align for tool time, execute process sequence and collect data to feedback to integration owner.

Logistically transport wafer lots between equipment within cleanroom and between worksites (subject to requests).

Identify and address potential areas for improvements such as cycle time, utilization, and cost.

Perform chemical change/ top-up for equipment under supervision.

Understand and follow all Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) procedures and requirements.
Job Requirements:

Nitec/Higher Nitec in Engineering, Electronics, or related fields.

Strong adherence to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) procedures.

Proficient in operating semiconductor equipment and basic troubleshooting.

Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or wafer processing is a plus.

Able to transport wafers in cleanroom and coordinate logistics.
-
Independent, responsible, able to work in a team and comply to work inside cleanroom for minimum 9~10hrs.
