Role Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced procurement professional to support tender management, supplier engagement, contract coordination, and process improvement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement and tender processes, including sourcing, documentation, evaluation coordination, and submission
- Coordinate procurement activities with internal stakeholders and vendors
- Prepare procurement reports, analyses, and documentation
- Support training material development and process updates
- Ensure strict compliance with procurement policies and procedures
- Assist in contract management and vendor performance monitoring
- Provide backup support for team members during peak periods or absences
- Identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving overall operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor?s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- At least 3 years of procurement or tender coordination experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong sense of accountability and reliability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
