Job Description

Responsibilities & Duties

•       Oversee the development of research-related policies, procedures and guides

•       Coordinate tech-foresighting efforts

•       Oversee scientific resource management, including leading research digitalisation initiatives

•       Oversee initiatives which promote scientific collaborations and inter-disciplinary research, including conferences, symposia and workshops

Requirements

•       Preferably possess a MSc or PhD in a scientific discipline from a good university

•       Minimum 5 years of research management experience; prior research experience will be advantageous

•       Strong analytical skills and system thinking abilities

•       Good communication and writing skills

•       Proficiency in data analytics is a bonus
