The role involves contributing to the development of a NextGen Toxicity and Safety Platform for the evaluation of small-molecule additives in cultivated meat. The individual will be responsible for the production of cultivated cells, small-molecule assessment and validation, generation of high-throughput screening data, and the development and validation of 3D organoid and organ-on-chip platforms.
Job Requirement:
- BSc in Biomedical Science or a related field
- Proven expertise in mammalian cell culture, bioprocessing, high-throughput screening and common biochemical techniques
- Experience with toxicity assays, iPSC-derived models, organoids, and organ-on-a-chip platforms is highly preferred
- At least 5 years of relevant research experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and lead independent research activities, with excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
