The A*STAR Graduate Academy (A*GA) awards scholarships to talent at multiple entry points: undergraduate, PhD and post doctoral and aims to develop the scholars to their fullest potential.
You are a resourceful and motivated individual who is passionate about developing the next future generation of Science and Technology talent. You will work closely with key stakeholders internally and externally to achieve the outcomes of the various programmes. You will develop a deep understanding of higher education policies and their wider impact on Singapore. You will acquire skills in interpreting data to develop policies, as well as develop deeper organisational awareness.
What to expect:

Review, enhance and manage scholars' operations policies to ensure the relevance and effectiveness in keeping up with the dynamic talent landscape.

Conduct statistical analyses of data, trends as well as analyse feedback from scholars and management to drive decision making in the review of these policies.

Drive the promotion, recruitment, selection, management and development of the various scholarship programmes. This will entail presenting at promotional events, staffing key interview sessions and engaging our scholars.

Collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve the outcomes of the various scholarship programmes.

Engage senior stakeholders and scholars during senior management engagement sessions and key events.

Plan for budgeting requirements for scholarship programmes.
Job Requirements:

Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills.

Resourceful and driven.

Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently and in a team to deliver results under tight timelines.

Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.

Knowledge of higher education policies and their wider impact on Singapore will be an advantage.

Minimally with 3 years of experience.
