Job Description

Conduct affinity maturation and enzyme engineering using integrated dry-lab (in silico) and in vitro approaches

Design and execute selection strategies, including assay development, to support lead asset characterization, prioritization, and optimization

Perform and analyse protein?protein binding and enzyme kinetics data to guide iterative optimization cycles
-
Transitioning to lead proteomics-driven experiments to identify novel biomarkers and validate their therapeutic druggability.

Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation, support training of junior staff and other assigned research duties
Requirements
-
PhD in Protein Engineering, Biochemistry or a related life sciences field

Experience in binding/kinetic assays, affinity maturation and/or enzyme engineering, computational protein design, sequence analysis and variant prioritization

Understanding of protein?protein interactions, enzyme kinetics, and developability considerations

Ability to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams and communicate scientific results effectively
-
1-2+ years of postdoc experience in the above areas is a plus
