Executive Support
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for senior leaders within Infrastructure division
- Handle correspondence, emails, and calls with discretion and professionalism.
Administration
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to support administrative operations.
- Support the Infrastructure team in coordinating office-wide initiatives (e.g., team events).
- Providing secretarial, administrative and logistical support for internal meetings (e.g. scheduling of meetings, booking of rooms, collation of materials, venue setup, preparation of the agenda of meetings, tracking of matters arising from meetings, facilitating conduct of meetings etc.)
- Assist in knowledge management process via housekeeping and archiving documentation pertaining to meeting slides and record of decisions
- Support other administrative or operational functions as and when required.
Key requirements include:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- At least 5 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in corporate or public-sector settings
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in MS office applications would be advantageous
