As a key member in the performance management and rewards team under the umbrella of Human Resource Operations Division, you will operationalize and implement the annual performance appraisal exercise. You will also assist in formulating any key projects related to the enhancement of the performance appraisal system and rewards projects in A*STAR.
Assist in the planning and conducting of the annual performance appraisal exercise including being the secretary at the performance appraisal sessions and liaison with various parties involved in the performance appraisal exercise;
Formulating or updating performance management policy including the promotion and progression framework;
Keep the performance appraisal SOP up to date;
Participate as an active member in remuneration projects related to performance management
- At least 4 years of working experience.
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, and good planning and organization skills.
- Strong analytical skills and conceptual abilities
