The Office of Grants Administration serves to provide oversight in grants management and compliance, in order to promote effective stewardship of RIE funds managed by A*STAR either as an Implementing Agency, or a Grant Intermediary.
The responsibilities of the Associate include, but is not limited to, the following:

Providing secretarial, administrative and logistical support for grant reviews (scheduling of meetings, collation of materials, venue setup, making travel arrangements for international reviewers)

Front general communications on grants schemes and processes to internal and external stakeholders

Collation and checking of grants documentation (eg proposals, progress reports, claims)

Collation, preparation and maintenance of data for reporting purposes

Providing administrative support for awarded grants through digital grants management systems

Housekeeping and archiving of documentation pertaining to grants

Assisting in grants audits
Requirements
-
3 - 5 years' administrative experience

Meticulous, well-organised and detail oriented, and able to multi-task
-
Able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
-
Good written and oral communications skills
-
Proficient in MS Office suite applications and general IT applications
-
Experience in data visualisation tools (Tableau/PowerBI) will be an advantage
-
Experience with event management, grants administration and/or government administration will be an advantage
