A qualified candidate will be self-motivated with strong technical and analytical skills as well as possess practical and hands-on approach to engineering process control.
Preferably with process engineering experience in semiconductor processes (Wafer/chip bonding, Electroplating, Wet and dry etch, chemical mechanical polishing, photolithography and plasma deposition).
Your Role

Troubleshoot process and equipment issues systematically.

Lead technical assessment and startup of new tools.

Implement Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) for quality and cost optimization.

Establish control plans and Out of Control Action Plans (OCAP).

Provide technical training and share best practices.

Perform yield analysis and drive process improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on research and development projects to drive continuous improvement.

Utilize data analytics and modeling tools to predict and prevent process deviations.
What We?re Looking For
-
Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Electronics, Materials, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.

3 to 5 years semiconductor experience.

Proficiency in tools like JMP, Minitab, SQL, Visual Basic.

Strong knowledge of ISO, SPC, RCA, DMAIC, DOE and problem-solving techniques.
