As a member of the Corporate Services (CS) team in the Operations Group, you will provide secretarial and admin support, including raising purchase requisitions and overseas travel logistics arrangements primarily for the Operations Group in IME. You may be assigned to support other departments and for ad-hoc projects.
Key Functions

Perform admin duties as required, including but not limited to, managing meeting schedules of the managers, coordinating customer visits/events, preparation of meeting materials, attendance taking and other logistics arrangements necessary to ensure a successful and seamless meeting on actual day.

For selected meetings, to attend and take meeting minutes.

Tracking of deadlines and action items arising from meetings.

Raise and manage purchase requisitions for Department, including sourcing for training courses.
Qualification

Diploma or Bachelor degree in Business Admin / Studies or Commercial Certs equivalent

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role / function
