We are recruiting an officer to join a multistakeholder team to manage and support the execution of A*STAR Talent Strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

Manages the grant administration of S-SEAF and relevant talent schemes
-
Secretariat duties for the S-SEAF and relevant talent schemes
-
Communication of the S-SEAF and talent scheme to the various stakeholders in Singapore and around South-east asia.

Logistic support for events such as roadshows, recruitment trips as required
-
Work closely with cross-functional units in DCE-R office to ensure operational strategies are implemented and sustained where needed
-
Monitoring of the budget utilisation of the various talent schemes
-
Regularly review of awardees
-
Building excellence in research talent management through the development, refinement and implementation of best practices, within A*STAR
-
Any other administrative duties assigned.
Job Requirements:

Good Tertiary Degree with good knowledge of STEM discipline

Minimally 2 years of relevant work experience

Candidate must be willing to travel overseas

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to engage internal and external stakeholders, including research leaders

Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
-
Self starter mindset, resourceful and driven, to deliver results under tight timelines
-
Meticulous, well-organised and detail oriented, and able to multi task
-
Experience in data analytics, eg PowerBI will be an advantage
