Job Description:
As part of A*STAR's Finance Division transformation journey, this role will be pivotal in driving change initiatives, including the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and the adoption of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation. The successful candidate will be a key enabler of digital transformation, process innovation, and operational excellence across finance functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transformation Initiatives:
Collaborate with Finance leadership to plan and execute transformation initiatives, including ERP implementation, digitalisation efforts, and process re-engineering projects aligned with organisational goals.
- Digitalisation, Automation & Emerging Technologies:
Identify and lead opportunities for automation, AI integration using technologies such as generative AI and machine learning, and data-driven enhancements to optimise finance operations and improve service delivery.
- Process Innovation:
Partner with Finance functional teams to assess and innovate key operational processes for greater efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement:
Drive change management strategies to support user adoption, training, and cultural alignment. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure buy-in and sustained transformation.
- Governance & Compliance:
Monitor and ensure transformation initiatives adhere to financial regulations, internal controls, and data governance standards, where applicable.
- Ad-hoc Projects:
Support cross-functional projects and initiatives as required by the Finance Division.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor?s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in finance transformation, ERP implementation, or digital projects.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with SAP and emerging technologies such as AI/ML, Python, SQL, Power BI, or RPA tools is advantageous.
