Responsibilities
The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Support the development of an industry and enterprise development strategy for Quantum technologies
- Implement the industry and enterprise development strategy for Quantum technologies
- Represent NQO in cross-agency and international forums to promote collaboration and knowledge exchange.
- Maintain strong working relationships with key partners and ensure alignment of goals and expectations.
- Manage engagement efforts with government agencies, research institutions, and industry players.
- Collaborates with various stakeholders to identify viable partnership opportunities that will complement the implementation of the National Quantum Strategy
- Drive or coordinate multi-stakeholder projects, including joint research, talent development, and technology translation efforts.
- Support the discussion and development of collaboration agreements.
- Monitor and prepare reports on global trends and developments in quantum technologies
Requirements
- At least 2-5 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
- Keen interest in cutting edge science & technology
- Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills for good relationship management.
- Strong problem solving, analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Resourceful and able to work with minimal supervision, independently and in a team
- Able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Willing, adaptable, and flexible to take on required/necessary tasks beyond the job description
