DxD Hub is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead adoption projects in collaboration with external partners. The ideal candidate will possess a background in implementing projects in hospital in an integrated environment with required regulatory / security compliance. Also responsible for evaluating the innovation, understanding where they fit into the broader market and identifying and assessing competitors and/or substitutes. You will employ a variety of research techniques to achieve this objective including secondary and primary market research and the use of expert networks.
Job Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional teams in the execution and delivery of projects in an integrated setting to hospitals.

Understand clinical and operational use cases and problem statements.

Perform market scans for available solutions.

Perform initial assessment of solution fit using secondary research techniques.

Validate solution fit using primary market research techniques.

Perform checks to assess leadership teams and financial viability of solution providers.

Lead the preparation of approval materials from management for project and any change request.
Work closely with external collaborators to align on KPI?s, startups, and industry partners to align project goals, timelines, and strategies.
Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Facilitate effective communication between internal teams, external partners.
Oversee the creation and maintenance of project documentation and compliance records according to process.
Drive process improvements and best practices in project management methodologies.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.

2+ years of experience deploying software solutions in Singapore PHIs.

Proven track record in managing software medical device development projects from inception to regulatory approval.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards in the healthcare industry, including ISO 13485 / IEC 62304 for medical device software lifecycle processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Good understanding of applicable medical device regulations, cyber security requirements.

Good understanding of Integration and workflow requirements.

Knowledge of HCIT interoperability and integration standards. (e.g. DICOM, HL7, FHIR)

Knowledge in Tiered technical, communication and Security architecture.

Knowledge of privacy standards (e.g. PDPA, HIPAA) and requirements.

Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
