The HR Division comprises the Recruitment, Planning, Analytics, HR Comms, HR Operations and HR Partner departments.
The key responsibilities are as follows:
Partner stakeholders on strategic HR matters, e.g. manpower / resource planning and succession planning
Formulate & advise specific solutions for RE taking into account the context & complexity unique to RE
Proactively identify trends & propose interventions
- Coordinate HR related operations; enforce service delivery & standard
- Act as resource linker for HR related support & services
- Preferably with at least 3 years of relevant experience in HR
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
