Key Responsibilities:
- Methodology Development: Design and develop advanced generative AI models, specifically leveraging Transformer and Diffusion-based architectures, tailored for healthcare applications.
- Analytical Frameworks: Develop and apply rigorous analytical tools to evaluate model performance, safety, and utility within a healthcare context.
- Clinical Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across Singapore health systems to translate theoretical models into functional tools for clinical settings.
Requirements:
- PhD in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related quantitative field with a focus on Machine Learning/AI.
- Experience with working with different data types from healthcare settings (text, imaging, video data) is a plus.
- Expertise with Python and deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Demonstrated experience in implementing and fine-tuning Generative AI models.
- Strong understanding of high-dimensional healthcare data types (Electronic Health Records, medical imaging, or clinical video).
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders from different technical backgrounds.
- Strong team player who can work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment
