Human Resource
· Support Group Heads and HR Lead in tracking personnel deployment to projects, manpower cost charging and update to payroll department.
· Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling of interviews, collating input from hiring managers, performing reference checks, assigning work cubicles and printing of staff passes.
· Coordinate townhall events, staff briefing and teambuilding activities. These include working with the relevant process owners to plan event agenda, collate presentation materials and support event logistics.
· Process invoices submitted by partner institutions for manpower costs relating to joint-appointees and secondees. Generate invoices for TCOMS personnel seconded to external institutions.
· Track personnel's learning and development plans submitted by ROs and ensure timely progress and completion of courses.
· Support HR Lead in manpower budget and resource planning.
Event and Publicity
· Carry out manpower planning for events such as TCOMS open-house, workshops and conference booth exhibitions.
· Support event registrations, setups and other site logistics.
· Support collation of publicity materials for uploading to TCOMS website and social media.
Office Administration
· Provide secretariat support for Senior Management's meetings and travels as and when required;
· Process claims submitted by staff, such as overtime transport and meal claims.
(Any ad-hoc duties as required by supervisor/Reporting Officer.)
Requirements
· Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
· Minimum 2 years of work experience.
· Experience in human resource roles or office administration will be an advantage.
· Possess Can-Do spirit. Resourceful and able to work independently and in teams.
· Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
· Excellent organizational skills and ability to muti-task.
· Strong work ethics with a high degree of professional integrity.
