JOB DESCRIPTION
· Support Project Manager on project documentation, system entries and ensuring compliance to project management process and best practices.
· Lead and maintain project management systems and tools.
· Ensure compliance of project information and documentation in grant and project management systems.
· Consolidate and analyze project data and create project dashboards and reports.
· Track and monitor project health
· Support other operational activities of the Project Management Office as required
· Responsible for managing the life cycle R&D projects and product delivery by planning, organizing, executing, and evaluating from conception to completion.
· Ensure successful delivery of project scope and targets while managing project risk, quality, delivery, scope, schedule, and budget.
· Collaborate and motivate project team members in the design, development, and delivery of R&D solutions to customers.
· Drive design / process validation testing and ensure compliance to project lifecycle governance requirements.
· Ability to demonstrate a good level of understanding of technical/engineering processes in managing the project development with the project teams
· Lead, monitor and report the progress of a few projects to all internal and external stakeholders.
· Manage and implement project changes and interventions to achieve project deliverables and mitigate risk.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Min. Diploma in Engineering / Business Administrative / Finance / Accountancy or equivalent qualification.
· At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in administrative/finance/project management activities
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft excel and Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for presentation of information in a logical approach.
· Ability to thrive within a fast-paced environment.
· Able to work independently and as a team
