Responsibilities
l Provide administrative support for the office
l Provide general/administrative support during center events/visits.
l Calendar scheduling for assigned Directors & Heads
l Assist in Directors/Mgmt for internal training/claim/leave submission?etc
l Recep covering
l Raise purchase requisition
l Organise and schedule meetings in organized and coordinated manner
l Take meeting minutes and follow up on the action items
l Facilitate in arranging in the management oversea trip plan
l Maintain a systematic filing system
l Update and maintain the office policies and procedures
l Track, maintain and order office supplies inventory
l Maintain distribution/contact lists
l Provide general support to visitors when needed
l Handle requests and queries from management
l Drive Continuous Improvement for the administrative and secretarial Support Organisation
l Other adhoc duties assigned by Management/Reporting Officer
Job Requirements

Diploma, those without a diploma but has relevant experience will be consider as well

Diploma with relevant minimum 1-2 years of experience

Relevant experience in administration work is a plus

Able to breakdown the assigned work into deliverable tasks and provide realistic timeline for their completion

Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills

A team player with excellent interpersonal skills

Adapt at negotiation coupled with sound analytical skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point

Some knowledge of SAP is a plus

Willing to be scheduled to work off shift hours in support of visits/events occasionally
