Job Description:

DxD Hub is seeking an experienced UI/UX engineer for our product development for our Digital Diagnostics Team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving the user interface and experience of digital health products in collaboration with external partners (especially clinicians). The ideal candidate should possess a strong usability engineering skills and able to translate expectation to visualisation and handover to technical team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design innovative app experiences based on the understanding of personas, their behaviors and needs as well as competitive market insights.
• Collaborate with partners to understand their goals and propose a user-centric approach to improve digital services.
• Communicate design ideas through tools such as sketches, user journeys, storyboards, mind maps, wireframes, and clickable prototypes.
• Drive user research activities such as, usability testing, user interviews, surveys, and translate research findings into meaningful recommendations.
• Guide all aspects of UX including design research, design strategy, user experience, usability testing, interaction/content design and prototyping.
• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure all design work meets user needs and business requirements.
• Create a design-minded environment and build design capabilities amongst project team members.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Human Computer Interactions, Design, Psychology, Computer Science or related fields
• 1-3 years' experience in user-centered design with hands on experience building visual identities for web and mobile app UI.
• Experience in delivering wireframes, UX flows, mockups, interactive prototypes, design specifications, and final assets.
• Experience with design/wireframing software such as: Figma, Sketch, Adobe suite, or equivalent.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your best design work for web and mobile.
